Medical Rhinoplasty
Hyaluronic acid has been injected into various wrinkles of the face, neck, décolletage, and backs of the hands for over twenty years. Detailed anatomical study of the face has allowed for the definition of a new area of the face where hyaluronic acid can be injected: the nose.

THE TECHNIQUE
Hyaluronic acid injection along the bridge of the nose to reduce visible surface irregularities on the profile of patients. Furthermore, we observe in our practice that patients are increasingly seeking less invasive treatments. The advantage is that any modification made will be reversible, which also helps to avoid the significant aftereffects that this surgery may entail.
Medical rhinoplasty is performed by injecting above and below the unsightly bump. This anatomical area is referred to as the dorsum of the nose.
Certain morphologies require minor corrections to harmonise the contours of the nose. This is referred to as medical rhinoplasty.
FOR WHOM?
For anyone who is no longer satisfied with the profile of their nose
BY WHOM?
By a physician specialised in hyaluronic acid injections
INDICATIONS
Bumps and hollows on the bridge of the nose and drooping nose
Harmonise the nose with the rest of your face
PROTOCOL
1 session lasts for 12 to 18 months

SESSION PROGRESSION
Generally, only one injection is needed to treat the entire area of the nose. A cannula is then used to deliver hyaluronic acid to the desired locations.
Hyaluronic acid is the only injectable method for treating the nose. The properties of hyaluronic acid allow for the sculpting of all parts of the nose that exhibit a slight defect. The injection is painless, with immediate results that improve over time.
Medical rhinoplasty takes about 30 minutes. The hyaluronic acid is combined with an anaesthetic, making the injection minimally sensitive.
The final result will be visible between 15 and 21 days after the treatment.

PRECAUTIONS
Patients with autoimmune diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, cannot be treated.
Medical rhinoplasty cannot correct a deviated septum, a nasal fracture, or remove skin tissue. In such cases, cosmetic surgery will be necessary. Medical rhinoplasty cannot be performed for the purpose of refining the nostrils.
Caution: Medical rhinoplasty cannot be performed on a nose that has previously undergone surgery.
If you wear glasses that rest on the treated area, they will need to be changed during the first month post-injection.
Efforts will be made to position the mask on the tip of the nose, avoiding the treated area.
RESULTS
Results are visible from the day of injection, but will look even better after 2 to 3 weeks.
It is important to remember that hyaluronic acid is a resorbable product.
MAUD'S OPINION: I can honestly say that I am happy to share my experience today, as the doctor who removed the small bump on my nose worked wonders. I am 23 years old and have been self-conscious since childhood. It was when I visited the Centre's website that I realised I did not have to undergo surgical intervention, and that an alternative existed. I then made an appointment for a facial assessment. The doctor immediately understood what was troubling me.
After the assessment, I took time to reflect, but I didn't wait long to make my dream a reality. Today, my insecurities have vanished, and I spend my time admiring myself in the mirror. I wouldn't regret my choice for anything in the world, and I am truly glad that this technique exists. The pain is quite tolerable. It is a procedure that requires great precision. One tip: Choosing a doctor who listens (especially when feeling self-conscious) is essential. A doctor who is skilled in this technique is equally important.
